I know that opinions of analyst on TV or online does not really matter. If it did, I believe we would not be in this mess in the first place! But it still feels good when someone else recommends or has good things to say about the stocks that you own. I was reading a post on fool.com titled
5 Stocks Approaching Greatness
It lists 5 stocks that the writer, Rich Duprey, thinks are good. Now, I don’t really know about Rich Duprey and what kind of posts he writes on fool.com, but among the five he listed as “approaching greatness” are AK Steel (NYSE: AKS) and Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN), both of which we hold. In fact, a significant portion (not sure of exact percentage right now) of our portfolio is AK Steel. While I know it doesn’t mean much, it is still comforting to see someone else share our opinion. And lets hope that Rich is right!
